The professional should have 15 or more years of experience, preferably in energy companies, agribusiness, capital-intensive industries with large operational staff, or industrial sectors in the Angolan or African market.

Job Description
Requirements:
- Position of Legal Director reporting directly to the General Director.
- Full knowledge of all areas of corporate law, including contracts, labor and tax litigation, regulatory, corporate, financial, foreign trade and trading, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Proven experience in strategic negotiations and interaction with external and internal stakeholders, specifically financial agents and banks, shareholders, and government institutions.
- Ability to represent the company in trade associations, events, and complex negotiations, both in Angola and abroad.
- Fluent on Portuguese and English (preferably).
- Communicative profile with strong articulation and leadership skills, capable of driving strategic agendas in alignment with the General Director, but with autonomy to conclude agreements and negotiations.
- Preferably holds a certificate from the Angolan Bar Association (OAA).
